Bike Show Rules

1. All space must be paid for in FULL prior to the first day of the event.
2. All bike show contracts must be completely filled out and signed.
3. You must provide your own display. Each bike show participant is responsible to secure his/her
own space and contents from theft and/or damage.
5. All monies have to be in the form of a money order or bank cashiers check (No Personal Checks
will be accepted after 30 days before the show) and made payable to OSEG.
6. This is a family oriented event, please do NOT display offensive material. If its questionable put a
cloth over it and show it only when minors are not present.
7. Show bikes must have less than 1/4 tank of fuel, batteries disconnected, and tanks taped off.
8. No running of motorcycles in any buildings. Engines CAN NOT be started indoors!
9. No Smoking in any indoor area of the Event Venue.
10. No Refunds for cancellations unless written notice is given within 24 hours in advance of setup day.
11. Setup day and times must be adhered to, no bikes moved in or out during show hours.
12. One bike show pass for each show day will be provided to competitor during setup.
13. No selling of products or price tags on bikes from display space unless you are paying for Vendor Space.
14. Security will be provided around the clock at no extra cost to the bike show participant.
15. Any bike that is not deemed a 'show quality bike' will be assigned to the "Used Bike Corral" for
the same entry price and can be sold from that location. This is a quality competition.
16. All applicants agree to have bikes on display until completion of the show Sunday night after 5 p
.m. and no bike shall be moved during show hours without the permission of show management.
